Following an initial free consultation to help us to understand your business, we can work with you as your HR Consultant in the following ways:
Adhoc HR Consultant advice is based on an hourly rate and will be invoiced monthly.
This is tailored to larger, or specific pieces of work that you may want to undertake. For example: Staff Handbook, New Employment Contract, Performance Management system or Attendance Management Training. This type of HR Consultant work is based on a fixed fee basis, based on the size of project that you wish to undertake. We can also agree fixed fee rates for specific smaller projects if you’re needing to manage your costs.
RETAINED HR CONSULTANT SERVICE
Based on a reduced hourly rate and is centred on an agreed amount of hours per month. Regular updates of your policies and procedure are included in the agreement. This will be invoiced accordingly.
Whether you choose a retained or adhoc service, we will provide you with the following:
- Regular health check of your Employee Handbook to ensure compliance with current legislation
- Access to a telephone based advice line for employee relations issues
- Support for any disciplinary, grievance or absence related employee relations issues
- Regular updates of employment legislation to ensure that you are kept fully up to date
