Eckington HR is an independent Human Resource Consultancy based near Lewes in East Sussex and was founded by me, Debbie Silvester Chartered MCIPD, in 2011 when I left Legal & General’s HR Department after taking redundancy.

I have over 12 years’ experience in the HR field and since freelancing I have worked with companies from a wide range of sectors including: Architecture, Accounting, Cabling and Networking, Printing and Software industries.
