Eckington HR is an independent Human Resource Consultancy based near Lewes in East Sussex and was founded by me, Debbie Silvester Chartered MCIPD, in 2011 when I left Legal & General’s HR Department after taking redundancy.
Working in HR since 1997 I have a great deal of experience in the HR field and since freelancing I have worked with companies from a wide range of sectors including: Architecture, Accounting, Cabling and Networking, Charities, Health & Safety Consultants, Manufacturing, Motor Trade, Printing and Software industries. My clients are mainly in the Sussex area working with companies based in Hailsham, Lewes, Brighton & Hove, Eastbourne and the Hastings & St. Leonards areas, although I have a client base across the South East of England.
